Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Layout Pages. By creating an account, using a tenant workspace, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Accounts and Workspace Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your tenant workspace, and the actions of anyone you authorize to use it. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials, webhook secrets, and API keys secure.

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any account, tenant workspace, hosted site, content, custom-domain connection, integration, or access path at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it creates legal, security, safety, reputational, operational, or platform risk, or if we otherwise determine in our sole discretion that continued service is not appropriate.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize charges in accordance with the selected plan, billing interval, and Stripe terms.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing. We may change pricing prospectively and may suspend paid features for non-payment, failed renewal, or billing abuse. Some links to third-party providers, including domain or DNS providers, may be affiliate links that pay commissions to Playable Future LLC if you purchase through them.

Customer Content and Visitor Relationships

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through the platform. You grant Playable Future LLC a limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, cache, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and notices associated with your content and with the visitor-facing operation of your hosted site, including privacy and consumer notices that apply to your own audience.

Layout Pages provides infrastructure and tooling. Except where we process data for our own platform purposes, customers are generally responsible for the content and data-collection choices on their own sites. See the Data Processing Addendum for processor terms.

Prohibited Conduct, Copyright, and Moderation

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with tenant boundaries, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data improperly, spam users, run deceptive flows, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may remove, block, disable, or refuse to host content or sites that we consider unlawful, abusive, deceptive, hateful, extremist, discriminatory, violent, exploitative, or otherwise incompatible with the platform, including content that promotes or glorifies Nazi ideology or related extremist movements. These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. If you believe hosted content infringes copyright or violates law, use our DMCA Policy or Report Abuse channels.

Availability, Termination, and Liability

We may modify, suspend, remove, disable, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including individual sites, workspaces, features, or integrations, and including for any lawful reason in our discretion. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not provide a contractual service-level agreement and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Playable Future LLC disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Playable Future LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Indemnity, Governing Law, and Contact

You will defend and indemnify Playable Future LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your hosted site, your violation of law, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
