Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited behavior on LayoutPages. It is intended to protect the platform, customers, and the public. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Illegal, Harmful, or Deceptive Activity

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, stalking, exploitation, threats, consumer deception, or content that promotes violence, abuse, hatred, or extremist ideology.

You may not use the service in violation of privacy, surveillance, sanctions, export-control, or intellectual-property law. This includes content or conduct that glorifies or recruits for extremist or discriminatory movements, including Nazi ideology or related symbolism used for intimidation, recruitment, or abuse.

Security and Platform Abuse

Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing controls, tenant boundaries, or security features.

Do not introduce malware, credential-theft tooling, cryptomining payloads, destructive code, or anything intended to interfere with normal service operation or another user's access.

Sensitive Data and Customer Responsibility

Unless separately agreed by contract, do not use the service to store or process highly sensitive regulated data that requires specialized compliance commitments, such as protected health information, payment card data, or sensitive government identifiers.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed to use it.

Monetization and Marketplace Conduct

If you use platform monetization (paid offers, downloads, memberships, deposits, paid client pages, marketplace templates, or other Stripe Connect transactions), you may not sell or accept payment for: counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods; content you do not have the rights to distribute; regulated goods or services that require licenses you do not hold (firearms, controlled substances, gambling, etc.); goods or services prohibited by Stripe's own list of restricted businesses; or anything that constitutes fraud, deceptive marketing, or willful chargeback abuse.

If the template marketplace becomes available, designer submissions must be original work or properly licensed. Submissions that infringe third-party intellectual property, contain malicious code, or violate this policy will be removed and may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts subject to applicable refund obligations.

Enforcement

Playable Future LLC may investigate suspected violations, remove content, disable features, suspend sites or workspaces, revoke domain connections, or terminate access at any time where we determine in our discretion that action is needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse or security threats, or avoid legal, operational, or reputational risk.
