Cookie Notice
This notice explains how LayoutPages uses cookies and similar storage technologies on platform-controlled pages and within hosted sites that use the platform banner and analytics flow.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are required to keep the service secure and usable:
cms_session— signed admin login session (httpOnly, ~7 days).zoho_oauth_state— short-lived OAuth state parameter for Zoho integrations.cookie_consent— remembers your consent choice so the banner doesn't reappear.- CSRF and client-page access tokens used by specific flows.
These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
First-Party Analytics
On platform-controlled pages (layoutpages.com marketing, pricing, signup, contact-sales, marketplace), we run first-party analytics to understand acquisition and signup conversion. No third-party trackers are loaded. The cookies used are:
lp_anon— anonymous visitor identifier (~1 year). Random opaque value; not linked to any third-party profile.lp_sess— session identifier (30-minute idle timeout). Lets us count sessions distinctly from raw pageviews.lp_attr— first-touch UTM snapshot (~90 days). Captures how a visitor arrived so we can measure marketing campaign performance.
For hosted tenant sites, the operator of that site controls analytics behavior. The default implementation gates tenant-site analytics on consent through the banner flow. Tenant operators may add their own scripts (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.); those are out of LayoutPages' direct control and are subject to the tenant site's own privacy notice.
Your Choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, by using in-product consent controls. Blocking some cookies may affect login, security protections, forms, or other platform features.
For broader information about how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Notice.
